Training seminars for vocational education teachers were held with the participation of UNEVOC experts.
In cooperation with the Agency for Vocational Education and UNESCO-UNEVOC, trainings on practical mechanisms for the development of vocational education were organized in Tashkent for system officials and technical school teachers. It covered the development of competency-based curricula based on employer requirements, the improvement of the assessment and certification system, internal quality assurance, and the implementation of the RBM approach. UNEVOC is a UNESCO-affiliated center for global exchange of experience and support for reforms in vocational education, generating best practices and policy recommendations through an international network covering 150+ countries. At the meeting, an agreement was reached to train 300 educators to develop professional skills based on advanced foreign experience, strengthen internal quality assurance mechanisms, and integrate green skills into educational programs.
