The German international vocational education development organization ‘AVESTOS INTERNATIONAL’ GmbH visited the Nukus Advanced Professional Skills College in the Republic of Karakalpakstan on April 24-26 of this year to implement international educational programs.

The German international vocational education development organization ‘AVESTOS INTERNATIONAL’ GmbH visited the city of Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan, on April 24-26 of this year to implement international educational programs. During the visit, in cooperation with the Nukus Advanced Vocational Training Technical School of the Agency for Vocational Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, a joint analysis of the facilities for training modern German professions in accordance with German standards was conducted. Klaus Michel, head of AVESTOS INTERNATIONAL from Germany, and the organization’s experts discussed the three professions they are implementing. With international experts, I. Niyazov, Head of the Committee on Industry, Construction, Transport, and Information Technologies of the Supreme Council of Karakalpakstan; A. Ayapov, Director of the Agency for Vocational Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan; S. Aybergenov, Director of the Nukus Advanced Vocational Training Technical School; and a teacher K. Ruzmatov, Chief Specialist for the Development of Vocational Education from the Republic, and construction specialists have coordinated preparatory work for the introduction of three modern professions into the 2026/2027 academic year. It is worth noting that this international organization has begun training targeted young personnel who meet international standards and requirements within the dual education system in seven regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan this year. Nukus Advanced Vocational Training College is participating in this project, introducing three professions: two specializations in Construction and Metalworking. Future plans for continuing education in related professions with this technical school have also been determined.
